Winthrop – Debra A. Berger, 63, passed away unexpectedly Monday, March 14, 2016 at Canton Potsdam Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Following her wishes, there will be no public services. She is survived by her husband, Timothy; four children, Amey and Kevin LaPage, Lorrena Jenks, Amanda Mattot and Brandon Barlow.
