Winthrop – Dorothy F. "Dot" Catlin, 85, passed away Sunday, July 19, 2015 at Massena Memorial Hospital with her family at her side. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Dot devoted herself to her family with her lifetime commitment of wife and mother. She was calm and quiet by nature with a determined attitude.
