Elaine LaBarge, age 75, passed away on November 10, 2024, at her home in Winthrop.
Elaine was born on April 19, 1949 in Massena, NY to Douglas and Betty LaBrake.
Following her wishes, there will be calling hours. Graveside services with Rev. Ray Moreau were held at Bixby Cemetery on Nov. 16th at 10:00 AM in Norfolk, New York. Elaine lived in Florida for several years and made wonderful friends. She came back to New York when she got sick.
She is survived by 3 children, Betty-Jo and Arnold Jenkins, Douglas Goad, and Gerald "Jerry" Cootware, Jr., several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
