Kevin Provost

Santa Clara - Kevin J. Provost, 60, passed away on October 17, 2023. As per his wishes, there will be no public calling hours. A graveside service will be Friday at 2:30 pm at Santa Clara Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls.

Kevin was born on June 30, 1963, in Malone, son of the late James A. and Mavis L. (Baker) Provost. He married Kelly Farmer on February 24, 1990, at the Santa Clara Lodge. Kevin worked in the woods after high school until 1998 when he joined Local Labor Union #322, retiring in 2017.

He was an active outdoorsman, hunting, fishing, and working in the woods. Spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren was important to him. He enjoyed time at hunting camp, the "Marriott North".

He will be greatly missed by his wife, Kelly, his children, Michael Provost and his companion, Kristara Phelix of Dickinson Center, Brittany and Anthony Susice of Santa Clara, his grandchildren, Annalyse, Alayna, Alyvia, Ainsley and Nolan, his siblings, Nancy Parks of St. Regis Falls, Barbara Upton and her companion, Hank Robar of Potsdam, James H. Provost of Dickinson, Darlene Dow of Malone and Tammy Provost and Kenny Powers of Constable.
