Norfolk – The family of Kyle Jay Clark, 25, sadly announce that Kyle passed away Monday, October 22, 2018 at UVMC in Burlington, VT. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop.
Kyle was born on April 6, 1993 in Massena, son of Mark Jay Clark and Carrie Ann Durant. He received his education at Massena High School, later earning his GED. He was presently working for MMA Construction in Norfolk where he had finally found his niche; being paid to take part in demolition and ‘break-stuff’.
He enjoyed spending time on the water, fishing and carp shooting; hunting, bonfires, and he was in his glory when partaking in his own unique way of target shooting. Kyle loved being able to spend time with his children and his girlfriend, ‘Lish’; always putting humor into their lives as well as the lives of his friends. Kyle just liked having a good time with whomever he was with.
He is survived by his children, Alannah Rose Clark and Owen Jay Clark; his parents, Mark Jay Clark and Melissa Lynn Munson of Norfolk and Carrie Ann Durant and Brett Pryce of Massena; his girlfriend, Alisha Delosh; his siblings; Kimberly Ann Clark of Plattsburgh, Cameron John Clark and girlfriend MaryAnn Snyder and Avery Jay Clark of Norfolk; his maternal grandparents, Gary and Ann Durant of Massena; aunts and uncles; William Clark, Kevin (Adele) Clark, Linda and Joe Phelix, Judy and Michael Bleau, Shawn (Gloria) Clark, Christine and William Burger, Julie and Steven Wilson, Cheryl White, Tracy (Michael) Durant and Kelly and Christopher Durant-Adams; niece, Adalyn Rose Clark; several cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, William and Carol Clark.
Visitation for Kyle will be held Friday from 4 to 7 pm at Knapps Station Community Church, 3035 County Route, 47, Norwood, NY 13668. His funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 am with Pastor David C. Tulloch officiating.
