Patricia Belile

It is with both heavy hearts and joyful memories that we announce the passing of Patricia J. Belile on May 19, 2025, in her beloved home. Patti, a vibrant spirit and cherished friend, leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished moments that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Born on December 28, 1944 in Massena, she is the daughter of the late Maurice and Jean (Marsaw) Webb. She graduated from Massena High School in 1962 and entered Pilgram State College of Nursing (1963-1965), where she earned her LPN. She married Frederick H. Belile on November 21, 1964. Her caring nature, brightened the lives of those around her, Patti approached life with an unwavering zest. Her kindness, warmth, and infectious laughter brought joy to many, and she will be dearly missed by family, friends, and the community she touched throughout her years. She enjoyed farming, care-taking, gardening, canning, cross stitching, motorcycling, pets and supporting her family at the end of the dirt road.

Her family will honor her life privately at their convenience.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, Inc. or your local humane society, continuing her legacy of generosity and kindness.

She is survived by her children, Michelle Belile and Tom Novak of Panther Lake, Suzette L. (Belile) and Mark Reome, of Tupper Lake, and Frederick R. Belile of Nicholville, her grandchildren, Alyshia Suzette Belile and Chris Race, and Jordan R. and Emily Patraw, great grandchildren, Liana Patraw and Saoirse G. Patraw, her sisters, Pamela J. Moore and Mike Cambridge, Penny J. Debassio and Kendall, Michael and Hildegarde Webb, Mark and Dee Webb, her sister in law, Terry Ann Grennon and Butzy, many cousins and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Fred on July 20, 2022.

Patti will be remembered with love and gratitude, forever a part of our hearts.
