Brasher Falls – Paulette L. Mitchell, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at Fletcher Allen Medical Center in Burlington on July 17, 2013. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Paulette was born on March 31, 1953 in Potsdam, daughter of the late Harold and Dolores (Toth) LaValley.
