Winthrop - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Tracey Lee Margaret Billhardt, 29, who has gone from this world too soon on August 4, 2025. She was a beloved daughter, devoted mother, a valued sister, and compassionate friend.
Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls, where calling hours will be held Sunday August 10th from 12 – 2pm with a reception to follow at the Sportsman Club in SRF.
Tracey Lee was born in Massena on June 4, 1996, and graduated from St. Lawrence Central in Brasher Falls.
Raised in a tight-knit family, Tray cherished her role as daughter to her parents, Tracy, and Mary (Gonyou) Billhardt. She was a nurturing presence in the lives of her three beautiful daughters, Avyanna, Payton, and Emberly, embracing motherhood with unwavering love and dedication. Tracey’s commitment to her family was evident in everything she did, always ensuring her daughters felt valued and supported.
Tray was a home health aide at RCIL, providing care and compassion to others—a reflection of her kind-hearted nature. She had a zest for life that shone through in her love for music and dancing, and she cherished joyful beach days spent with friends and family. Tray was known for her authenticity; she kept it real and always spoke her mind, showing remarkable honesty coupled with a genuine kindness, especially during challenging times.
She is survived by her three daughters, Avyanna Rose Billhardt, Payton Melody Billhardt, and Emberly Autumn Green; her parents, Tracy and Mary Billhardt; siblings, Jennifer (Alex) LaVare, Kayla (Tyler) Gervais, and Mason Billhardt and Kaylee Ashley; grandparents Loretta Billhardt and Larry (Linda)Gonyou, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Those who knew and loved Tray will forever remember her impact of kindness, compassion, fierceness, and love. She was a remarkable woman whose light touched so many.
In lieu of flowers Tray’s family requests donations be made to help offset costs related to services and for her daughters.
